Chemers to lead study of math and science programs

Acting Chancellor Martin M. Chemers will lead a four-year, $1.5 million study funded by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences, a component of the National Institutes of Health, to identify the strengths of programs that encourage underrepresented minorities to pursue careers in biomedical research.
