Economist Ken Kletzer’s views about collective action clauses, which have been heralded as a breakthrough in the sovereign debt restructuring crisis, were featured in the December issue of Latin Finance. . . . Also in economics, Lori Kletzer’s proposal to provide wage insurance to workers who are displaced by foreign competition was outlined in a New York Times article about foreign competition and job loss.
