Norrie's at the Arboretum offers a faculty and staff discount this month

It's time for the Annual Staff and Faculty Holiday Sale at Norrie's Gift Shop at the Arboretum. From now until the shop closes on December 24 staff and faculty may enjoy a 10 percent discount on all items.

Sunset magazine called Norrie's Gift Shop one of "5 great stores for creative gifts" in the November 2006 issue. Right now the shop is filled with items for the holidays and stunning home decorations, including dried flower and succulent wreaths and long-lasting bouquets. Find that special toy, unusual plant, cards, jewelry, garden statuary, as well as unique gifts for the home, including carved soapstone boxes from Vietnam. Norrie's also carries a selection of books, including guides to California plants and landscaping for the Monterey Bay Area.

The shop is open daily 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Norrie's will close at 4 p.m. on December 24 and reopen on January 2.

To receive the staff and faculty 10 percent discount, please show your campus ID and indicate you would like the discount before the cashier rings up your purchase.
