Paul Ehrlich to give lecture on environment March 2

Paul Ehrlich, a household name since the publication of his 1968 bestseller, The Population Bomb, will give the second Fred Keeley Lecture on Environmental Policy at UCSC on Thursday, March 2. "One with Nineveh: Politics, Consumption, and the Human Future," is the topic of his talk at the Media Theater. (More)

Expanded library to include California History Room

Introducing a new generation of UCSC students and community members to the diverse history of the central California coast is the aim of a gift to McHenry Library's Special Collections. The room's creation in the library--now undergoing expansion--is funded by a gift from the Hugh Stuart Center Charitable Trust in San Jose. (More)
