Arboretum Music Series debuts on April 21

A wide range of music in an unbeatable location is the attraction of the Arboretum Music Series, featuring folk, classical, cultural, and jazz performers. Concerts will be performed on the third Thursdays of the month from April through September at the Arboretum's new amphitheater. Linda Tillery & The Cultural Heritage Choir, right, are among the performers.

Biologist Melissa Jurica earns prestigious Searle Scholars grant

Melissa Jurica, assistant professor of molecular, cell, and developmental biology, has received a three-year, $240,000 grant from the Searle Scholars Program. She is one of just 15 young scientists nationwide awarded the prestigious grants this year. [More]
