tells story of seals and humans in Antarctica

UCSC biologist Terrie Williams tells two amazing stories in her new book,
The Hunter's Breath, about her expeditions to Antarctica. One is
the story of the seals and their remarkable adaptations to life on and
beneath the Antarctic sea ice, while the other is a human story of adventure

Profile: Anne Rios has stepped away from teaching to pursue
a Ph.D. in education at UCSC. A daughter of immigrants from Peru
and Costa Rica, she wants pupils to feel pride in their native language.
