UCSC community touched by terrorist tragedy
In
separate memorials, members of the UCSC community helped each other cope with last
week's terrorist attacks. On Thursday, Chancellor Greenwood welcomed faculty and
staff to a gathering in the Music Recital Hall, where professor Anatole Leikin performed
on the piano. On Sunday night, with students back on campus, a vigil
was held in the Upper Quarry.
