Fall wellness classes for staff and faculty
starting up
The UCSC Wellness Center has announced classes for fall 2006.
Classes are free to valid Wellness Card holders. Those without
cards may participate by buying a day pass.
Iyengar Yoga taught by Abbey Asher
Wednesdays, noon to 1 p.m., Kresge College, I-Lounge (begins
Sept. 27)
Fridays, noon to 1 p.m., West Gym at College Eight (begins Oct.
6)
Vinyasa Yoga taught by Don Bard
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, noon to 1 p.m., Martial Arts
Room, East Field House (begins Sept. 19)
Express Workout taught by Danielle Lewis and
Ryan Andrews
Mondays and Wednesdays, 12:15 to 12:55 p.m., Wellness Center,
East Field House (begins Sept. 25)
Staff, faculty, and Wellness Card holders have the first floor
of the Wellness Center to themselves from noon to 1 p.m. and
5:30 to 6:30 p.m. weekdays.
