Free workout advice and walking groups at Wellness Center
Are you bored with your workout? Do you want to learn fun new exercises? Are you looking for a way to make your workout more time efficient? On Mondays and Wednesdays personal trainer Tammy Chinn is available to assist with program design or to just answer your questions, all at no cost. You'll find her on the first floor of the Wellness Center from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. until November 3.
The Wellness Center Walking Program is in full swing with new walking leaders and a few new walks. East side walks are on Mondays and Fridays (meet at noon at East Field track). West side walks are on Wednesdays (meet at noon at the parking garage on Science Hill) and on Fridays (meet at noon at College Eight C-L Building.
