Robert McCampbell named president-elect of NACS Foundation

Robert McCampbell, director of the Bay Tree Bookstore, has been appointed vice president/president-elect of the board of the NACS Foundation. The NACS Foundation is a charitable organization that supports research and education opportunities for college store professionals. The foundation is an arm of the National Association of College Stores (NACS), which represents the more than $11 billion collegiate retailing industry.

As president-elect of NACS Foundation, McCampbell will help provide governance to the foundation and will assist the organization in its mission to enhance the collegiate retailing industry. Primary activities for the foundation include conducting and funding industry research, planning educational opportunities and networking programs, and the presentation of critical issues in a variety of forums and formats to college stores.

An active member of the NACS, McCampbell served as president from 1999 to 2000.
