Reception for Acting Chancellor Chemers

Margaret Delaney, interim campus provost and executive vice chancellor, was among those honoring outgoing Acting Chancellor Martin M. Chemers at a Jan. 28 reception at University Center. Members of the campus community were joined by elected officials, including Santa Cruz City Councilwoman Emily Reilly, State Assemblyman John Laird, and former State Senator Bruce McPherson. Also honored at the reception and presented with a bouquet was Martin Chemers' wife, Barbara Goza, director of research and evaluation at the Educational Partnership Center.
