Members of the UCSC community gathered Sunday in the Quarry Amphitheater for a twilight vigil in the aftermath of Tuesday's terrorist attacks. Personal messages are written on colorful ribbons and attached to an art display below. The event included music from violinist Michelle Witt and concluded with an invitation by Chancellor M.R.C. Greenwood to observe a few moments of silence and reflection during a candlelight vigil, above.
