Cultures from around the world showcased at UCSC in spring

Photo of dancersWhether it's the dances of the Grupo Folklorico Los Mejicas, tasty Korean barbecue at the Multicultural Festival's popular ethnic food booths or a packed shedule of everything from a surfing clinic to speeches and lectures during Asian American/Pacific Islander Heritage Month, spring is the time to get acquainted with the many cultures represented at UC Santa Cruz. The largest event is the daylong Multicultural Festival, coming on May 4. More
