Student Union offers undergrads a place to unwind in Quarry Plaza

photo of new Student Union Those who remember the facility that was home to the Bay Tree Bookstore before it moved across Quarry Plaza would hardly recognize the old building now. It has been transformed into an open, airy Student Union, with places for undergraduates to read, check their e-mail, and play video games. Billiards and other games will be added in spring quarter, when the revamped facility will be celebrated during a grand opening. (More)
